Virtual Randomized Coffee Break

June 16, 2020 | By |

Coffee and notepad

Coffee drinking not compulsory!

Sign up to our Virtual Randomized Coffee Break for an easy way to connect with colleagues in other RCHT & CFT departments and workplaces.

In these challenging times when it is harder to meet up with people and some of us may be feeling isolated working from home, this is a fantastic but simple way to connect people, ideas, and knowledge.

• Register your interest with the library by 6th July (name, department, email address)
• We will randomly link you with two other people from RCHT or CFT
• Arrange in your group to meet online for a coffee, cup of tea or just a chat – 15-30 minutes or as long as want
• You might chat about how you are coping with today’s challenges, job roles, work experience, but please feel free to talk about anything you like!

Dr Stephanie Jackson is a GP and Training Programme Director for Health Education England. She has a MSc in Mindfulness Based Approaches and has been offering mindfulness courses for 6 years at the Royal Cornwall Hospital, which are open to all healthcare professionals and allied staff.
