Coronavirus update

Cornwall Health Libraries at Treliske and Bodmin will aim to stay open throughout the Coronavirus outbreak. During this time, the library at Banham House, Bodmin Hospital will only be staffed on Tuesdays.
All staff, volunteers and students are very welcome to come in for rest breaks. The main library in Truro has comfortable seating, water, a coffee machine, and food is allowed.
Please ask if you would like to have books for a longer loan period, or borrow more than the usual limit of 12 books.
During this period, staffing levels may vary and some requests may take longer to satisfy.

Our self-service machine in the Knowledge Spa library can be used to take out and return books out-of-hours.

Current library opening hours are Tuesdays 8.30am – 4.30pm. Out of hours access is available for members of the library.

Listed below are some of the changes taking place in the library to keep both library users and staff members safe, along with corresponding evidence to support what we are doing.

Hand sanitization stations have been placed throughout the library to allow for frequent hand washing.
Detergent wipes are also available to clean surfaces and wipe library PCs before and after use. |
