Making Sense of Evidence – free training day

Cornwall Health Library in association with Peninsular Applied Research Collaboration (PenARC) are pleased to announce a free Making Sense of Evidence training day to take place on Wednesday 11 September at St Austell conference centre

PenARC believe that better health care can be provided to patients by making decisions that are based on evidence.

During this event our expert tutors will help you to discover how to use evidence to make effective health and social care decisions. The day will include a morning plenary: How to write a research question, 3 workshops for each delegate to attend and opportunities to network.

3 workshops for the day
–          Critical Appraisal of a Randomised Controlled Trial (RCT)
–          Critical Appraisal of a Systematic Review
–          Tracking Down the Evidence

If you are interested in attending, please complete the following to pre-register your interest using the pre registration form.  Pre-registering means that you will have an advance opportunity to fully register a place.

We hope to see you there!
