Knowledge Spa library at Royal Cornwall Hospital
The library has study spaces available for library users where you can work individually or in groups.
The main body of the library has 44 University of Exeter or Plymouth networked PCs and 9 NHS networked PCs as well as many study tables. Additional University and NHS networked PCs are available in some library rooms as per details below.
NHS networked (Wi-Fi enabled) laptops are available to borrow for use in the library if required.
- There are several casual seating areas for reading or small group discussions.
- Power sockets are located around the main library for use with your personal devices.
- Wi-Fi is available in all of our study spaces.

Contact the library on telephone: 01872 256444 or email: cornwall.library@nhs.net (using ‘Room booking enquiry’ as your email subject) or use the form at the link below.
If you are going to be late attending your booked room or need to cancel your booking then please contact the library as soon as possible.
Your booking will be cancelled if the room has not been occupied 30 minutes after the start time.

Banham House library at Bodmin Hospital
The library on the Bodmin Hospital site has 3 NHS networked PCs. There is also a multi-function printer which can print, photocopy and scan documents. Staff Wi-Fi is available at the library.
Access to the toilet is via an internal door.
Library resource room at Camborne and Redruth Community Hospital
The resource room includes study space, two NHS networked computers and a selection of books which can be borrowed or used for reference.
For access, please ask at Reception in the main hospital building. Sign in at reception on arrival and make sure you have your NHS ID badge with you.
As the room is also used for meetings, please check that it is available before visiting either on the CFT Intranet room bookings site or contact the main hospital reception on 01209 318000.
Library resource room at West Cornwall Hospital
The resource room includes study space, two NHS networked computers and a selection of books which can be borrowed or used for reference.
Access is by key. Ask at reception on arrival and make sure you have your NHS ID badge with you.
As the room is also used for meetings, please check that it is available before visiting. Contact the main hospital reception on 01736 874000.
