The South West Clinical School in Cornwall has secured funds to support a number of prizes this year.

The prize covers course fees to attend the online course run by The University of Plymouth’s Centre for Innovations in Health and Social Care: A Joanne Briggs Institute Centre or Excellence.

The four-day course this year is 4 to 7 July 2022.

Nurses, Midwives and Allied Health Professionals can apply who want to explore a clinical question or a topic of area of professional interest. This world-class systematic review training programme incorporate both theory and practice in developing your reviewing confidence. You will learn how to:

• develop a focused systematic review questions
• plan and conduct a literature search
• appraise the literature you find and synthesize evidence

After the course the prize winners can join a monthly support group to help progress their systematic or scoping reviews to completion and publication.
