New Papers in the Research Repository

The Library’s research repository is a database of academic papers published by medical practitioners in Cornwall, past and present.

This month, Kirsty Carter from CFT and Jill Shawe from RCHT, along with Lee Cameron from the Aneurin Bevan Health Board, Annie Hawton from the University of Exeter, and Sarah Chatfield, Jennifer A Freeman, Bradley John Halliday, Christopher Hayward, and Joanne Hosking from the University of Plymouth released “Evaluating the Management of chronic Pelvic girdle Pain following pregnancy (EMaPP): study protocol for a randomised controlled feasibility trial to compare a customised pelvic orthosis with standard care” in the British Medical Journal.

Niel Powell of RCHT, along with Rashmeet Bhogal of the university of Birmingham, and Shuayb Elkhalifa of the University of Manchester and the Cleveland Clinic Abu Dhabi, have released “Management of BAME patients with a history of penicillin allergy: barriers to best practice and strategies to overcome these” in Infection Prevention in Practice
