In collaboration with the Clinical School SW and Research and Development (RCHT &CFT), Cornwall Health Library can now retain and share masters dissertations & final assignment or similar paper on request. If you would like to store your work with us, please complete the consent form below and email a PDF of the document to the library.
There are two forms on this page; the first is for data collection by RCHT regarding what topics are being worked on by staff, the second form is to give the Library permission to host and distribute your work.
Starting or commenced dissertations:
If you are soon to start or have commenced your masters or final dissertation, please complete the following forms so that we have a register of proposed work, and can provide necessary support.
Consent for Cornwall Health Library to store and distribute dissertations and final assignments
This form is to give consent to distribute submitted dissertations / final assignments from staff across Cornwall. Papers will be stored in full on a private area and a catalogue record will be created on the Library Management system which is public facing
